Shipping & Returns

After you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. We aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days after placement.

​The Netherlands : 1-3 business days - free shipping on orders over €30. For orders under €30,- €3.95 shipping costs will be charged.

​Belgium & Germany : 2-6 working days - free shipping on orders over €75. For orders under €75,- €5.95 shipping costs will be charged.

Rest of Europe: 3-10 working days - free shipping on orders over €125. For orders under €125,- €14.95 shipping costs will be charged.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return the products within 14 days. The earrings returned must be unused and unaltered. All items purchased in the sale or with a promotion will be credited via a gift card.

How do I return my order?
- You can register your return by sending an email to info@lia-may.com.
- You will receive the return address from us.
- Pack the products with the invoice in the original packaging.

We do not cover the costs of the return. We cannot reimburse returned items without tracking if the shipment does not reach us.

We have the right to refuse returned products if it is suspected that the product has been used or has been damaged.

As soon as we have received the product, we will transfer the total amount excluding shipping costs to you within 5 working days.

Damaged or defective item?
We strive to provide you with products of the highest standard and quality. If you have received an item damaged/defective, please contact us directly at info@lia-may and send us a photo. We will then do everything we can to find a good solution.
